Used along with the Zafu or Bench, the Zabuton makes sitting meditation easier on the knees, ankles and back and is more comfortable for hard or cold surfaces. Add a washable organic cotton Zabuton Cover to protect the mat which is available in 6 earthy colours. These rich colours are responsibly dyed to earn the Oeko-Tex textile certification so that you can be assured our fabric is free of heavy metals, chemical pesticides, preservatives, formaldehyde, flame retardants, biocides and allergy-inducing dyestuffs. Our meditation Zafu is available in in your choice of organic cotton or durable hemp along with the same choice of earthy colors, it's pleated for shape, has a hidden zipper with an integrated carry handle and is generously filled with long lasting organic buckwheat hulls.
