Free Shipping Offer
We are pleased to offer Free Shipping to our customers. Free Shipping will be applied with the following guidelines;1. Single purchase of $175 or more
2. Applies to Canadian orders only
3. Valid for regular ground delivery service only
General Information
Most credit and debit card orders are processed on the same business day. We accept Visa, Master Card and American Express credit cards. All Transactions are processed in Canadian dollars. Currency is converted by your credit card provider and can usually be viewed on your latest credit card statement. We collect any required taxes from Canadian customers only. These taxes include GST/HST anywhere in Canada and PST to Ontario residents. Your shipping quote and charges are completed through the automated Canada Post Shipping calculator. We use Canada Post shipping services as our primary courier and Liveco reserves the right to use an alternate carrier with no extra charges to the customer. The majority of our products are shipped from our warehouse in Barrie ON, Canada. Some of our products may be dropped shipped directly to your address but your order will never be charged extra shipping costs. Canadian mail is delivered within the USA by the United States Postal Service(USPS). The shipping choices for orders shipped within the United States and Canada are priority, express, expedited and regular. Estimated delivery times are determined by the destination location. Orders are typically processed and typically shipped within 48 hours of the time of purchase during regular business hours Mon-Fri 9am-4pm.
We are not able to ship orders on Saturday or Sunday. Any order placed on Saturday, Sunday or a national holiday will typically be shipped within 48hrs. Liveco reserves the right to change the shipping method at its own discretion and expense. Liveco is not responsible for delays caused by weather or other natural disasters. Liveco cannot be held responsible or liable for any problems that result at your local customs office. If customs duties are assessed, these are in addition to your shipping charges and will need to be paid directly by you. No refunds will be given for items that are seized at your local customs office.
Back Orders
In the event that any items in your order are not immediately available you will be notified of the back order or of any alternative ordering options. Back ordered items will be shipped separately with no additional shipping costs charged to your invoice.
